Pudsey Clothes Return and Refund Policy

At Pudsey Clothes, we aim for your satisfaction. Please review our straightforward policy to understand return eligibility, terms, and your rights.

Return Eligibility

  • Return Period: You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
  • Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Made-to-Order Products

Our T-shirts are custom-made to order, printed with your selected design upon request. Due to this, returns for non-defective items cannot be accepted. Please ensure the correct size by referring to our size chart available on our website.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email info@pudseyclothes.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping: Securely package your item and use your own return label; we do not provide return labels.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours at info@pudseyclothes.co.uk with photos. We’ll promptly resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for bank processing.

European Union - 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, even if the product is not defective. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Dispatch Timing: Orders are dispatched promptly, and delivery timelines follow Royal Mail's guidelines based on your chosen shipping method.
  • Shipping Refunds: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

  • Items sent back without prior approval won’t be processed.
